| Fred Smith
Mr. Smith has over 13 years of State, Local and Higher Education sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Government Partners, LLC, he was Director of Business Development for First Data Government Solutions where he oversaw all business development functions for a seven state region. From 2001 through 2005, Mr. Smith was responsible for contract awards that equated to over $20 million in revenue.
From 1997 through 2002, Mr. Smith was Sales Director of Qwest's Government & Education Solutions business channel for the Western US and Central US regions. In this role, he had regional responsibility for the sales and marketing functions for state, city and county governments, higher education and K-12 customers and prospects. Mr. Smith's business unit generated over $100 million in annual revenues and over $15 million in annual sales.
Mr. Smith joined Qwest in 1997 as one of their very first sales representatives and was hired to target the National Accounts market place. After being awarded several government based contracts, Mr. Smith was instrumental in creating a vertical market sales organization dedicated to serving the needs of the State and Higher Education market. Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Smith served 4 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions with MCI.
Mr. Smith values most, his time with his family, wife Lisa and children, Alton and Ashley. He is active in his community and is currently involved with the Lifeworks Organization providing support to Austin's homeless youth, he also serves as the Treasurer for his Church and acts as a Chapter Leader for the University of Kansas Alumni Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Kansas.

| Diana Williamson
Diana has a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. She spent 8 years in the private sector doing survey research and technical statistical analysis. She worked for 22 years at the Department of Human Services and became the Deputy Commissioner of Information Technology (CIO). In this position, she was responsible for the automation supporting Food Stamps, TANFF, Medicaid, and Long Term Care Services.
Diana became the Assistant Deputy for IT (CIO) at the Attorney General's Child Support Division. In this job, Diana was responsible for all of the technology for the statewide Child Support program including a system that processed over a billion dollars of Child Support a year.
She has been very active in Inter-agency work groups and with DIR work groups. She was President of the Texas Association for State Systems and Communications (TASSCC). During her tenure on the TASSCC Board, Diana started a scholarship program, an education program and a special interest group about web computing. She won a prestigious annual award from TASSCC for extraordinary service to the State in the field of IT. Diana was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor to serve on the Telecommunications Planning and Oversight Committee. The legislature formed the group of members from K-12, Universities, State Agencies and private industry. The purpose was to provide a master plan for the state network managed by the Department of Information Resources. She was also recognized as the "CIO of the Year" by the Austin Software Council.
